Update to South Asian Canonical Texts List

Minor update to include dates of authors or texts for ordering purpose. While the change is small (no change in text at all), it took a full week to collate basic data (trying to based on a couple of books in print rather than any Wikipedia / online information) and put on the site.

Now the "Other lists" include all 150 texts from the 4 regional traditions, ready for pure geographical and periodic analysis.
